Take advantage of our MIG Gun Exchange Program, offering the flexibility to swap any Bernard® or Tregaskiss® MIG Gun from your Miller® Industrial MIG package for the perfect fit, even after your purchase.
How It Works:
| 1. Your Miller® Industrial MIG package order will specify the included MIG gun. Use the MIG Gun Configurator to select the best replacement gun for your application. |
| 2. When Ordering: Add the replacement gun to your initial purchase order and label it “Replacement Gun Request.” Clearly indicate the gun you wish to exchange. |
| 3. Miller® will process the order accordingly. To ensure fast and efficient service, please include all required details in your initial purchase order. |
Post-Purchase Exchanges:
If your package has already shipped, you can still exchange the original gun within 30 days—provided it remains unused—by contacting Bernard Customer Service at cs@itwmig.com
Exclusions and Limitations
Eligible Guns: Bernard® and Tregaskiss® MIG Guns shipped with Miller® Industrial packages.
Exclusions: Miller MDX™, Miller Aluma-Pro™, Tregaskiss robotic torches, and Clean Air E™ MIG Guns.
Timing: Replacements must be ordered within 30 days of the feeder shipment date.
Note: Exchanges for Millermatic® 355 packages must be completed post-sale through Bernard Customer Service.
