Our standard rear load liners are still available; however, our recommendation would be to utilize E-Z Feed Rear Load liners for maximum gun performance.  

Effective September 29, 2025, all of the following Bernard MIG guns will come with E-Z Feed Rear Load liners standard for wire size 0.035′′ – 1/16′′ (0.9 mm – 1.6 mm):  

E-Z Feed Front Load Liners come standard in any BTB, S-Gun or Clean Air E Fume Extraction MIG gun for wire sizes 0.035′′ – 1/16′′ (0.9 mm – 1.6 mm) with AccuLock S consumables (when Front Load Liner option is selected).  

In addition to all of the benefits of E-Z Feed technology, these liners also provide a flawless wire -feed path as they are locked and concentrically aligned to both the contact tip and the power pin.  

  • Match the color of the power pin cap washer and liner shrink wrap to prevent errors 
  • The liner is locked and aligned at the front and back of the gun to provide a flawless wire feed path

 QUICK LOAD E-Z Feed Liner system loads from the front of the MIG torch, and requires less than half the time and effort for replacement when compared with Rear Load Liners. QUICK LOAD E-Z Feed liners come standard on Tregaskiss robotic MIG torches unless wire brake is a selected option. If a wire brake option is selected, torches will come with Rear Load Liners. Available for wire sizes between 0.035″ and 1/16″ and in lengths up to 6 feet (1.8 m) for robotic applications. 

QUICK LOAD E-Z Feed Liners are standard in the following automation torches when configured with wire sizes 0.035′′-1/16′′ and using clutch mount:
